He is a Mental Health Professional Appointed by the court in cases of extreme conflict between divorced or divorcing parents. The purpose of his role is to provide the court with information that can assist the court in making decisions regarding Parenting Time and Decision Making. He hopes to assist parents in the process of recognizing the importance that both parents play in the lives of their children. His passion is to help the personal growth and development of all members in the family. Mr. Mettler's priority is the safety of the child. He has 25 years experience with the Department of Children's Services dealing with child abuse. This is an important background when discussing issues of child custody as well.
