Linking In (Australasian show)

As a follow on of last weeks show we will be spending the next 4 shows looking at the social recruiting channels available. The positives and the negatives and how to get the best out of them. This week we will be starting with Linked In. Linked In was a great start for me and many others looking to source candidates. many recruiters have followed suit, and with so many recruiters now using Li has it become over populated? What is the best way to use questions, groups, connections etc? do job postings work? do you need the paid for options to be effective? All this and more on what promises to be an informative and educational show.
