Real talk about Christ, Life and the world we live in!

Enough is enough. So much violence has been perpetrated on the church today that it breaks my heart to know yet another Pastor and believer in Christ has sir come to violent attacks of the enemy. Do we now arm ourselves to attend Sunday worship service for fear of what may happen? Do you carry a pocket knife up to the altar while giving our tithes and offering? Reports are surfacing that some counties are considering removing an age old band on carrying concealed weapons into places of worship. I agree with Jesus as He told Peter on that night of HIS betrayal.
Then said Jesus unto him, “Put up again thy sword into his place: for all they that take the sword shall perish with the sword. Thinkest thou that I cannot now pray to my Father, and he shall presently give me more than twelve legions of angels? But how then shall the scriptures be fulfilled, that thus it must be? St. Matthew 26 vs. 52-54
Then said Jesus unto Peter; “Put up thy sword into the sheath: the cup which my Father hath given me, shall I not drink it?” St John 18 vs. 11
I say, do not arm yourselves with weapons of the flesh, but with weapons of the spirit. God has given us all that we need and if during worship service we are attack by the evil one find comfort in knowing that the evil one can only do what God has allowed. For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty through Christ Jesus for pulling down strong holds and destroying the yoke of bondage. Arm yourselves with the word of God! Be bless
