Whether she’s choosing between the latest high-end designer gowns during a private trunk show, attending to a bride’s last minute dress detail or working on the day-to-day logistics of the company, one thing is for certain—it’s never a dull moment for RoseLynn Micari-Fiumara, General Manager of Bridal Reflections (www.bridalreflections.com). “Between the three locations in New York—Massapequa, Carle Place and Manhattan—the various staff and the countless number of brides and their families and friends who come from all over the word to shop at our salons, I just never know what to expect and I love it!” With all of the responsibilities on her to-do list, RoseLynn admits that one of her favorite tasks is choosing the bridal fashions alongside fellow General Manager and Vice President Cristina DeMarco. While the ladies are presented with an endless array of gorgeous gowns during private showroom appointments and bi-annual bridal markets, RoseLynn has learned that choosing just the right styles for all three salons comes down to one essential factor: loyalty. “It’s not about going with the most trendy designs or making a decision based on a flashy advertising pitch. It’s about being loyal to favorite fashion designers, such as Ines Di Santo, Romona Keveza, Badgley Mischka and David Tutera by Faviana, and about being loyal to our customers and reflecting on their shared requests.”
