Gerald is the CEO and founder of the National organization known as New Order National Human Rights Organization. This national organization has down tremendous work throughout the country advocating for the rights of oppressed people and wrongful deaths by police. (NONHRO) is a organization led by a unique and diverse group of courageous, hardworking and talented people. Our administration, board members and advisors have distinct roles but work toward the same goal: to advance the mission of NONHRO. Every person affiliated with the organization brings with them a commitment to creating and sustaining a diverse and inclusive environment.NONHRO exist to monitor unjust activity, investigate misconduct complaints, work to change policies, lobby for legislative changes, encourage independent citizen review boards nationally and advocate for citizens. New Order's involvement in human rights began in 1992 in Toledo, Ohio on June 24, 1992, with Mr. Gerald Rose, Founder and President forming a black unity group called the Council of New Order at a rally in the Mott Branch of the Toledo-Lucas County Public Library, Toledo, Ohio.
