Launched in 1990, DOD's Computer/Electronic Accommodations Program makes information more accessible to federal workers or service members with disabilities and remove roadblocks to employment opportunities. CAP Director Dinah Cohen will talk about how the program has helped over 60,000 workers with cognitive, vision, hearing or dexterity disabilities.
