Dorothy Kernaghan-Baez

Mrs. Kernaghan-Baez is the founder of Georgia Family Rights, Inc., a founding member of The National Association of Family Advocates, a member of The American Society of Trial Consultants, the American Professional Society On the Abuse of Children, the National Association of Counsel for Children, and the Georgia Association of Counsel for Children. She has worked directly with families for over a decade and is the author of "The Innocent Family's Guide to DFACS."
