WAKE UP AMERICA:

My name is Doris Anne Beaulieu, Author of "The Torment’s of the Modest, Secluded Farm Life" This book has been adapt into screenplay format titled "Broken Souls" for producers. I wish to bring a real life threaten message to focus for all America to see, stand together and make a change for the sake of the forgotten, unseen children in our nation.

Many children are not registered for school or even registered as home-schooled children with their states, but when asked they say they home school their children. This growing population fall under the "Unschooled" or "dis-schooled". These parents do not follow any form of curriculum and believe more in a child driven education. This will not prepare these children for the real world when they become adults and need to be socially exceptable by their peers in the work force, if they haven’t learnt to live off the welfare system. Home schooling laws differ from state to state , and this is one point that need to change. Make laws across the board equal for all states. Another would be for those who have laws to enforce them. Discusses on web boards make it clear that Nevada has laws but parents say they don’t have enough jail to take us all, so these children are hidden children. WHY??

A 10 year old adopted boy killed by his parent and buried at their home and no one knew he was even missing for over a year.

Report CBS "A dark side to home schooling":

A 14 year old killed himself after killing his brother and sister. Mother said she’d rather God have her children rather then child protective service. There are a lot of these cases out there.

New York Times "Making Home schooling safe for Children":

Four boys, so frail that they resembled concentration camp victims from World War II

Texas: "Home schooled girl starved to death by adoptive parents"

At 8 years old only weighting 28 pounds found starved, beaten and bound with her sister having to be hospitalized for malnutrition.

California: "Home Schoolers May Be No safer in their Homes than Other Children".

A father shoot nine of his 16 children in the face. Local or state found no record of contact with the family.

There are many of these stories and many untold. When are we going to "WAKE UP" and take notice that this growing sector needs out upmost attention and find a proper balance to safe guard all the children in out nation. Were state fail their children the government needs to step in. These stories are those that only came to surface because of death. So many of these children who fall under the ‘Unschooled" or "Dis-schooled" will find themselves lost in this world when they become adults not know how or were to turn. Many will face a life of mental therapy to only try to fit in this world after being so shelter in their most developing years. If we love our children so what do we do this to them. My book " The Torment’s of the Modest, Secluded Farm Life" ISBN: 1-58721-806-2 is my true story of all the mental trauma I went through when I became an adult after such a sheltered protective life. Please join me in helping the forgotten children, from not having to walk down that road. Help in changing the laws and make them enforceable. This book will also help you understand what these poor children in Texas will be going through. I fully agree with the Judge order in California on home schooling of March 7^th 2008.

He said in today’s threatening world, where we seek to protect children from abuse, not just physical, but also educational abuse, how can we not monitor the educational welfare of all our children.
