We call This case Number 936265 It is about the Motel 6 and Accor Executive Staff and their feelings about Customers Rights and health issues. The worst officence is the treatment of their customers when they Complain about health issues and just plan being Clean as their president seems to always be proud of saying is one of the main stays of their low budget motel operations.
But after talking with Risk management and never receiving a reply from the presidents office itself, you would have thought you back in Mississippi or Birmingham when Blacks where not allowed to enter White owned or managed Hotels, as One executive told me even the Attorney General can't tell us who we can let into our hotels or we can't.
There is no law for us at Accor.
I find their attitude most distributing and offensive I thought I was in South Africa
after making a complaint about a Un Clean toilet seat which should have not been in the room anyway, but I should be glad that I had a Room at all and they did me a favor.
We will examine the attitudes of the Giant in the Hotel Industry that feels it is above the law of American and any state. But who has a president who turns a blind eye to how the customer is really treated, maybe it is time for a boycott of this giant of disrespect. Especially to Black Customers.
