IRWIN HELFORD is Chairman Emeritus of Viking Office Products, and retired Vice Chairman of Office Depot. In 1956 he began at the bottom, training in warehouse, shipping, packing, manufacturing and customer service for five years. He then worked his way to lower level sales and management, vice president and in 1984 president.

In 1988 he became CEO and Chairman, growing Viking from $15 million in U.S. sales to $1.5 billion in the U.S., Europe and Australia. Irwin will gladly talk about what it takes to build a successful business, earn customer loyalty and the importance of having the right people, earning their loyalty and helping each grow their careers.
