Empathic or Just repressed, suppressed or sedated?

    Empathic?

Are we really taking on another’s energy? Or have we just gone unconscious?

I feel we are all one loving expression here on this planet, to experience thought and emotion in union with breath, (the physical). Now to project onto another our story....our story is given density. To give power to form by identifying with it requires that we give our focus to it. Now if someone appears to be separate to us, we have now objectified our experience as being real. We identify another as being out there. So how can we take on another’s energy?  I hear often from healers that somehow they feel drained or they have taken on a symptom of their clients. I feel this can be true if one believes in being a victim. What I feel is really taking place is the practitioners unprocessed needs and wants showing up in the form of another. It is always in all cases that which we are sending out... that we can see and feel in others. I also know that when we have suppressed, sedated or controlled our emotional body at some point, the body stores this as memory in the cells of our body. Yes it defines us, and becomes part of our personality/identity. Now through the law of association and repetition we draw experiences in to magnify our causal emotional imprint.

So to actually take on another’s feelings just show us that we have lost ourselves in illusion. This usually does come from denial. The inability to be with, nurture and accept another just the way they are without judgment.  This requires humility, because to slow the mind down long enough to see the truth is frightening to the uninformed. AS we develop our emotional body we see that only our thoughts and perceptions are creating our reality.  To quickly run to the intellect to analyze or try and figure out why something is happening, creates separation. During this short disconnect the mind now gets to be right.  This experience is happening to me....I just proved it!  Now I am going to predict and identity again..hey!  I am right again, and again, and again.  We start thinking the way we feel, and then feeling the way we think.

Being with discomfort is so rare.  We want more than anything to project onto or blame another for our state; this allows us to feel better for a moment.  But it is not about feeling better; it is about getting better at feeling.

To thy own self be true!

To empathize with another is a wonderful tool...to understand we are not alone on this planet. Now let's take it to the next level now...how can we in this moment decide how we are going to feel and experience that.  This requires just accepting there is no separation, only levels of consciousness.

So in closing, I love the idea of others supporting us in our healing. As more of us wake up... I feel that yes we are all feeling the same feelings, that is what this density is designed to create. As we begin to look at the universe as a mirror of consciousness.

How is it that we know we cannot force the reflection to smile first, yet when we see a frown in the reflection, what do we tend to do?

Thanks for your open heart and mind...

    Love and blessings,

    Philip
