Apostle S. Louis Johnson, a native of Trinity, Mississippi, received his call to the ministry in 1978. During his more than 30 years of ministry, Apostle Johnson has successfully served in many ministerial capacities such as: Sunday School Teacher, Worship Leader, Bible Study Teacher and as President of the Youth for Christ organization at Mississippi Valley State University, in Itta Bena, Mississippi. He has also served as a musician in the church. Apostle Johnson is the Former Pastor of Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church in Crawford, Mississippi where he served in that position for 12 years.
