This episode will feature Doug Noll, a professional mediator, who has determined that there is a better way to resolve conflict, end violence, bullying, and develop emotional intimacy. In fact he won an award for it. The California Magazine Lawyer of the Year award for his ground breaking Prison of Peace project teaching prison inmates how to mediate their issues and solve problems without violence, significantly lowered violence in Ca. State Prisons who used this program. Now a California State Public School System has asked Doug to bring his program into public schools to teach the teachers what Doug teaches prisoners.
