Doctors of the USA welcomes Miss Melodee, artistic director of Miss Melodee Studios, to talk about the importance of movement and exercise for even little kids. She will educate us on the typical routines that any family can do, not only to spend more time together but also to work exercise into their daily schedules.

Miss Melodee is a singer, songwriter, dancer and teacher who has a magical way with children. Through play, imagination, fun and, of course dancing, Miss Melodee gives children a truly joyful learning experience with inspiring original music. And by encouraging them to be anything they want to be, children’s natural creativity can come out in their dance and play.

Miss Melodee has a BFA in Musical Theater from Point Park University. Believing in further education, she returned to school in 2010 attending UCLA. Combining her skills as a teacher and her talent for singing, dancing and composing music, Miss Melodee created the “Dancing with Miss Melodee” CD in early 2011. The successful debut of her “Dancing with Miss Melodee” CD has become the backbone of her teaching and an addictive “must have” for all her students. After its release, the CD also received 5 out of 5 Dove Seals of Approval for families of all ages, as well as becoming a Parents’ Choice Classic Fun Stuff 2012 Award Winner. She’s thrilled that the music she created inspires her young dancers to become anything they dream of.

Miss Melodee’s songs and videos can be found on her YouTube channel. You may also check out her website and Facebook page or follow her on Twitter
