Developing a Survival Attitude is a critical component in the ability to survive. It’s to remain emotionally centered, instead of engaging in negative emotions. If one’s prone to anger or depression now when things are good, what will happen when things change and conditions aren’t favorable? Self-mastery requires practice in choosing positive emotions and maintaining inner peace regardless of what’s happening.
