Join the Hostess of Your Preparation Station, Donna Miller as she interviews Xavier Hawk who not only has chosen this self-sustaining life, but also enjoys helping others realize their goals of preparedness.

Xavier is first and foremost a husband and father homesteading on Colony Earth, an eco-village retreat center deep in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina. He runs a search and rescue team, heads up his countys CERT team, teaches preparedness skills, and consults for disaster response teams around the country.

When he is not running his businesses, digging in the gardens, or playing with his kids he can be found writing, recording music, performing around the country, and taking part in prayer and ceremony.
