She is a trainer of the month-long Ecovillage Design Education (EDE) course of Gaia Education, an educa-tional project of GEN. She was an EDE instructor in the Philippines in 2009 and 2010, and in Israel in 2011.

Diana speaks at conferences, does consultations, and leads workshops on starting successful new communities and on consensus decision-making in North America and internationally.
