Skills, Attitudes, Tools, and Experience Needed to Live Well
Discuss the skills, attitudes, tools and preparatory living experiences that can assist you in facing the most difficult situations. Learn what to know, accumulate, and practice daily to look forward to the future with hope, confidence, and a sense of accomplishment.
When we look at what it takes to thrive in a worst-case scenario, it is not about gloom, doom, and gut-wrenching fear, but just the opposite. If you are prepared for the worst, then no matter what happens it will be an adventure.
