8:00-9:00PM: K. K. Fowlkes is the owner of WheatgrassKits.com. She became "converted" to the benefits of wheatgrass and sprouting after experiencing serious health problems in the 1980s. Today the company she started has 22 employees and carries a full line of grains, sprouting seeds, garden seeds, all kinds of kits juicers, sprouting devices, food dehydrators, and much more.
