First Hour -  Welcome American Prepper's Network's own, Vina8!  Vina8 is going to share many of her prepping nuggets of wisdom with us! She is the Moderator for the NC State Forum of the American Prepper's Network and does a fantastic job along with her co-moderator. whom we hope to have on the show before too long, in making it the most active State forum on the Network. We hope to get Vina8  share with us how her journey began, some phases it's been through, what's new and what's on the horizon. We also hope to hear her preparation philosophy and insights!

Second Hour -  A 'newbie' tackles prepping and how to afford it! Although Lynette from SC would say she is fairly new to prepping, her list of accomplishments in a short period of time is quite impressive! Not only that, but her mind-set to help others learn how easy it is to actually afford prepping is a great blessing! It's actually easier to afford it because you can't afford NOT to prepare! Join us as we chat about all she's learned and done in this short time.

Third Hour - A Home-milling Mini-course! I will share on a topic that has become a great focal point of mine. Helping others see the simplicity of milling at home. The topics will range from my Gluten sensitivity diagnosis, wheat's bad rap and I'll give you my simple, fool-proof loaf bread recipe. I'll even answer the question: "Is home milling really more healthy and better on the budget?"
