February is "Women's Month" on Modern Combat Masters, and we're featuring women of the martial arts. Throughout the month, our discussions will feature great training perspectives and the sense of community and spirituality in martial arts.

Join GM Darrell Sarjeant and Sifu Restita DeJesus as they welcome several women students in the arts. We'll discuss their perspectives as beginners/intermediate/advanced students, their struggles (if any) in a predominantly male activity, the reasons they chose to study martial arts, their goals, the misconceptions of women in the martial arts, etc.
