Fellow BTR hosts Steve Grill and Alex Silverman of Hockey Night on Long Island join Aceman & the Kwass to recap the Islander games against the Rangers and Carolina Hurricanes, give a scouting report on the Islanders' hot prospects in the minors, and discuss the depth of the Atlantic. Also during the Docket, Aceman and the Kwass breakdown A-Rod's steroid confession press conference at Steinbrenner Field and all the media hype. The hosts also discuss position players reporting to Tradition Field and Carlos Beltran's remarks regarding Cole Hamels and the defending champion Phillies. As for Nate Robinson and the Slam Dunkin Knicks, hot topics include the inspiring post-All Star Game OT win against the Spurs and the Knicks involvement in potential trades for the Suns' Amare Stoudemire and Toronto's Chris Bosh. With the trading deadline looming, it is interesting to see whether there will be a new star Knickerbocker for the second half of the season. Being that the trade deadline is so close, Vince Carter's and all the trade rumors swirling around the Nets star is sure to find its way into the Docket. In-show updates of the Isles-Hurricanes and Devils-Lightning game come courtesy of Aceman. The Rangers and Nets plans to get back on track is also blueprinted on Docket #56. On the ice, hockey tidbits broached are Coach Tom Renney on the hotseat for the Blueshirts, Sean Avery's performance in the big Hartford-Bridgeport game, and the growing or fading rivalry between the Islanders and Rangers. With the NFL Season in the rear-view mirror, pigskin pointers tackled are Giants RB Ahmad Bradshaw's return to jail, and the Saints cutting RB Deuce McAllister in addition to what that means for the rest of NFL Runningbacks on the market.

Episode 54: Heart of Steel, Red Like a Cardinal

Aceman and the Kwass are revved up to preview the Superbowl XLIII matchup between the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Arizona Cardinals. The hosts breakdown the matchups, hype, and hoopla leading up to the big game. Super Sunday means an end to the Docket NFL Picks season, as Kwass's reign as champion ends at one with Aceman clinching the title with a record of (57-38) outshadowing the Kwass (54-41). Last season, the picks title came down to the Super Bowl as Kwass's pick of the Giants put him over the top at (50-26). Also on the Docket besides Supe Talk is the Joe Torre Book and A-Rod saga, Amani Toomer's bickerings against the GMen, and the Manny to the Mets rumors. Also on tap for the teams that are actually playing is the Knicks' amazing run to be the 8th seed, and the Devils-Rangers post All-Star break battle for first in the Atlantic.

Episode 53: Giants Trumped by Eagles
