She has watched over these historically haunted locations for several years now and where Russ and Sandy had the privledge to investigate on four separate occasions. In 2010 the 'Ghost Lab' with Brad and Barry Klinge of Everyday Paranormal brought there crew into investigate. Julia will tell us all about that experience. The Powell County Museum and Arts Foundation is a local non-profit membership organization which operates the Old Montana Prison as a complex of attractions.
