In many cases, too many fail to understand the MONETARY correlation between incarceration, disenfranchisement, poverty, dysfunctional families, education, drug abuse, violence, criminality, etc., and the GOVERNMENT AGENCIES PROFESSING TO B...E HERE TO ADDRESS THOSE ISSUES. It is laughable to think that these agencies FUNCTION FOR THE BEST INTEREST OF THE PEOPLE; except those being employed by those agencies and those making money from the pains and hardships of the people... Hey, take your heads out of the sand, get off your back, put down that drank (yes, drank), and search for something meaningful to do... yeah, I'm talking to you... Don't forget, "Change has always been the reciprocity of revolution; and changing does necessitate the need for violence. Unless, violence is what the mind goes through when faced with the truth.
