Ex president Jimmy Carter has stated that the Joe Wilson incident and the many public protests that have occurred since Obama entered the White House, are based with racist overtones.
It is not only facetious, but disingenuous for anyone to state, let alone believe that much of the rancor, anger and disdain for Obama is rooted in the color of his skin.
