Call in to speak with the host
It’s no secret Chicago is full of great talent, and here on the Down and Dirty with Frank Fontana we’ll be speaking to some of Chicago’s finest!
Our special guest co-host is comedian Michael Isaac. This charismatic stand-up comedian and actor from the south side of Chicago, describes his brand of comedy as “Good. Clean. Funny,” but we’ve invited him to get Down and Dirty with us!
You’ll recognize Michael from some of television’s most popular commercials for Walmart, Old Navy and McDonald’s.
In our Man-Land segment we’re excited to talk to Rob Dickens from The Great Bull Run. The running of the bulls through the cobblestone streets of Pamplona, Spain, has been a yearly event for centuries. And now Rob and his co-founder have set up bull runs in 10 cities across the U.S. Already over 20,000 Americans have registered for the adrenaline rush that comes with running in front of a group of angry bulls that can charge at speeds of 35 miles an hour!
We’ll also be talking to Annie Mohaupt, former architect and founder of Mohop, an eco-conscious footwear company. This talented designer and her team of artisans manufacture hand-shaped sculptures for your feet in a Chicago workshop. Mohop shoes are creating a wave of excitement across the US and in Canada, Europe, and Asia, and have been featured on Vogue.com, Lucky Magazine, The Martha Stewart Show and US Weekly.
And our very own DIY and design expert, Frank Fontana, will be sharing his secret tips in our Dirty Little Secrets of DIY.
Join us on The Down and Dirty with Frank Fontana to hear more!
It's good to talk.
