Call in to speak with the host
Comedy, craft beer, DIY tips and world-class design for people in need – it’s all happening on today’s episode of The Down and Dirty with Frank Fontana!
Our first guest and co-host is a new voice on the comedy scene, Nate Weatherup.
As a former high-school teacher, Nate has a vast amount of material he draws on for his stand-up and improv shows which he performs at comedy clubs around the country. His sharp wit was on full display along with some of the country’s finest comedic talent at the 2013 Great American Comedy Festival.
In today’s Man-Land segment, we’ll be hanging out with award-winning Brewster Peter Crowley. Crowley has won over 50 national and international awards for his brewing creations, including medals from the World Beer Cup and the Great American Beer Festival. He’ll be tantalizing our taste buds with some of his classic Belgian and contemporary American beer styles.
On today’s show we’re introducing a brand-new segment on DIY. Our host, Frank Fontana, will be sharing some of his Dirty Little Secrets of DIY - secret tips and tricks for your DIY projects.
And finally, in our Inspired Design segment we’re talking to Mabel Guzman from Edge Alliance and Jennifer Sobecki of Designs For Dignity, about their stunning design project to renovate a historic Greystone building, creating much-needed housing for homeless veterans and their families.
