Call in to speak with the host
The Down and Dirty with Frank Fontana is talking sports today -- from the traditional to the extreme! First up we've got Steve "Mongo" McMichael. He's perhaps known best as a member of the 1985 Chicago Bears, but he's also been a professional wrestler and is now the coach of the Chicago Slaughter indoor football team. He's got lots of stories to tell, and we can't wait to have him on the show! We'll also be talking with Bikes Over Baghdad co-creator Christian Schauf. He's helped to put together this great BMX bike tour for our troops in the Middle East, and will fill us in on how it all came together and what it takes to build ramps in the desert climate. In our Man-Land segment we're going live to the South by Southwest Music Festival in Austin, TX to chat with PopMatters writer Josh Antonuccio about the happenings at the US's largest live music fest. And our DIY Sidekick Search enters the next round, and Sean Morrison will be sitting in on the entire show and will share some stories of his own. We've got all that plus a DIY Disaster story and more! Let's get Down and Dirty.
It's good to talk.
