Kenneth J. Young is the founder and CEO of The Young Group (TYG), a business consulting firm that helps clients reveal passion, recover vision and transform both into action plans that produce fulfilling and rewarding results. TYG is an advisor (or TYG consults clients) for Sunbelt Business Brokers, the world largest business brokerage network (sunbeltnetwork.com.) He and his wife, Karen, are the owners of a Huntington Learning Center Franchise, a supplemental education center that helps kids improve their skills, catch up and keep up to their grade standard and increase their confidence, located in Centerville Ohio.

Since 2004, Kenneth has used his ability to shape behavior through coaching and inspiration to help entrepreneurs develop plans and actions that stack the deck for success for buying or selling businesses. Born in Trenton, New Jersey, Kenneth studied psychology and spent much of the1970s and early 1980s working for the New Jersey Department of Corrections as Vocational Counselor, Program Director and Substance Abuse Counselor. A natural motivator, he served as a catalyst for the dramatic turnaround of thousands of lives. It didn’t take long for the corporate world to notice his gifts.
