Sally Field is the American actress, singer, producer, director, and screenwriter. In each decade of her career, she has been known for major roles in American TV/film culture, including in the 1960s, for Gidget  and The Flying Nun; in the 1970s, for Sybil and Norma Rae; in the 1980s, for Places in the Heart and Steel Magnolias; in the 1990s, for Not Without My Daughter and Mrs. Doubtfire and Forrest Gump; in the 2000s, on the TV shows ER and Brothers & Sisters ; and in the 2010s in The Amazing Spider-Man and Lincoln.


This two-time Oscar winner who is nominated for Best Supporting Actress for her portrayal of Mary Todd Lincoln in the film, Lincoln, inspires February’s Diabetes Roundtable’s one hour whirlwind of wellness with all the glamour and style of the red carpet hosted by by the happy healthcare host, Mr. Divabetic.
