Let’s face it Divas, we are busy and tired…tired and busy. Lately, I have neglected myself in the way that I eat thereby gaining weight. I’m not proud of this, in fact, I’m down right embarrassed by it. Being a caregiver to my husband, I found comfort in food. Unfortunately, it wasn’t healthy food. Now that my husband is stable, it’s time for me to get myself into shape and become healthier and sexier! At one time I was a hot momma…I want that back!

During this episode of DivaTalkRadio, I will be talking with Charlotte Howard, a beauty guru, about how to create a healthier and sexier new you. Mark your calendar for this show and bring a notebook for notes. I will have two pens ready, just in case one runs out of ink. LOL! Be sure to share this information with your girlfriends!
