It is with honor that Dvas 2 Radio presents Willie J. Dell on the first page of LIVING BLACK HISTORY.

In 1973, Willie Dell was the first Black woman to gain a  City Council seat in Richmond, VA, and was a member of the first Black majority to govern the city.  

Politician, educator, advocate, WILLIE DELL is LIVING BLACK HISTORY as she continues with her 26 year mission in Haiti.
