    Literary Eat OF The Week! Fruit Salad!

    The Literary Eat of the Week is a crisp cool yummy fruit salad. It's getting hot and enjoying this with your reading time will make it cool and satisfying.

    Fruit Salad

    1pint strawberries
    1pound seadless grapes-halved
    3 kiwis, peeled and sliced
    1 (21 ounce can) peaches
    3 bananas

    In a large bowel combine, strawberries, kiwi, grapes, and bananas. Gently mix in peaches. Chill 30 mins to an hour before serving. Serve with a nice cool glass of water with a lemon slice on the side.

    This a great way to enjoy your reading time. It's finger food at it's best! It's cool, sweet, yummy, healthy, and good for you. Enjoy with your favorite water!
