    Literary Wednesday! Literary eat of the week!

    It's Literary Wed!! Here is the literary eat of the week so that you can spice up your reading time or turn your book club meeting into something fabulous. Don't forget to check out the show and hear great literary news and the author spotlight.

    *Graham Crisp*
    45 graham crackers
    1/2 cup butter
    1/2 cup margarine
    1/2 cup white sugar
    1 cup walnuts or your choice of nuts
    Pre-heat oven to 350
    Place 40-45 graham crackers on cookie sheet
    Combine margarine, butter (yes..1 stick of each), sugar, and nuts in a saucepan over med heat. Let boil for 2 mins.
    Spread over crackers.
    Bake 10 mins.
    Remove and transfer immediately to foil. Let cool.

    You can top this off with your fav fruit (fresh strawberries or kiwi) or just eat plain. Enjoy!
