    Literary Wed's eat of the week!

    Here is the literary eat of the week! Make this easy snack to spice up your reading time. Sometimes we all have those moments when we get boared even though we are reading our favorite book. Here is something to make your reading time real interesting. Enjoy!

    Mini Pizza Bagals

    6 mini bagals split toasted
    1/4 cup pizza sauce
    3/4 cup kraft hearty Italian shredded cheese

    -Preheat broiler
    -Spread cut slices of bagals halves with sauce, sprinkle with cheese
    -Broil 4-6 inches from heat for 2-3 mins, or until cheese has melted.
    -Serve warm
    Remember you can add your favorite veggie or a nice glass of cool sweet tea with lemon on the side. 

    This is another great way to spice up your reading time, and to also enjoy something delicious to eat at the same time. Enjoy!
