In the wake of the stunning events that happened in Ferguson MO and in other cities, we are once again having the "racism" conversation. Racism as you all know is alive and isn't going any where. It happens every day all day in every community and around the world.  Instead of only talking about it when tragic situations happen, we need to discuss it on a continual basis. Discussing it allows people to voice their frustrations and allows for the younger generation to learn what not to do.

Events like Ferguson and in other cities doesn't just happen.  It happens for a reason. It's mainly those reasons racism is alive and well.
