I’ve always seen shame as the “Original Sin” that gets past down from generation to generation. We are shamed as children “you should be ashamed of yourself,” we shame ourselves as adults and if we are carrying toxic shame we easily draw relationships that shame us. Learn how to identify shame in yourself and what to do about healing it.
