Dr. Marie Mammone graduated from the National College of Naturopathic Medicine in Portland, Oregon with a Doctoral degree in Naturopathic Medicine. Prior to receiving her degree, Dr Mammone was a teacher for the South Windsor junior high school in CT. She was a stay at home Mom for 12 years before beginning her journey in her pursuit of ND degree. She has been married 40 years and has three adult daughters. She enjoys lecturing and sharing her knowledge of Naturopathic Medicine esp. nutrition. She is currently teaches adult education classes ranging from nutrition, homeopathy to culinary herbs at Manchester Community College. Dr. Mammone also lectures frequently throughout the Greater Hartford area on varying topics from family wellness to senior health. Dr. Mammone supervises a 14-day detox/cleansing program many times a year individually or in groups. She welcomes working with her clients to maintain and regain their health. Dr. Mammone is enthusiastic about making Naturopathy relevant to modern living and toward integrating Naturopathic medicine into Connecticut's medical world. She specialized in gastrointestinal disorders, celiac disease, allergies and eczema and works with all ages.
Dr. Mammone practices in Wethersfield, CT with husband, John Mammone, Licensed Acupuncturist, and daughter, Dr. Renee Mammone, a naturopathic doctor and angel therapy practitioner
Dr. Mammone is a member of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians and the Connecticut Naturopathic Physicians Association.
