Join host, Laura Rose, as she welcomes special guest, John Odlum, LMT, CMA, QTP.  He is a Nationally Certified and Connecticut Licensed Massage Therapist, as well as an Master Medicinal Aromatherapist,  Reiki Master, TSR practitioner, ThetaHealingtm practitioner. He is the founder of Tru Elements and resides in West Hartford, CT. After graduating from Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in 2001, John moved to Sedona, Arizona to practice massage and medicinal aromatherapy. Although John had already been working with essential oils for years, it was in the beautiful energy of Sedona that his passion for plant and tree medicine was further realized under the tutelage of Master Medicinal Aromatherapist, Barry Kapp. There, John expanded his connection to and knowledge of the plants and trees, strengthened his intuitive skills, and deepened his connection to the Earth and himself through numerous Native American ceremonies and mentors.

He continued his studies in Provence, France where he learned harvesting methods, and the ancient process of steam distillation directly from the farmers. Over the years, John has witnessed profound healing on all levels of being in himself and others with the use of plant spirit medicine. This has led to a passionate and dedicated Earth conscious path; he continued to expand his studies to include crystal healing, studying with renowned author Robert Simmons.

John is always learning, strengthening his connection to the Earth, continually amazed and humbled by the power of botanical medicine and all of Nature’s healing tools. He joyfully shares his knowledge and wisdom from his Heart with others, and is honored to be a messenger for the Trees, Plants and Crystals through Tru Elements - John's inspiration and the entity under which John practices today.
