REASONING With ATTORNEY NIKIKI BOGLE, FRIDAY, MAY 18th, 2012:::

CARIBBEAN EDUCATION FOUNDATION (CEF) awards scholarships to children who are unable to attend school, because families cannot afford school fees and other required costs. The Student Scholarships pay school fees and provide text books, school supplies, uniforms, meals and transportation.
 
CEF operates exclusively for charitable and educational purposes and is governed by an independent Board of Directors. It enables poor children with meaningful access to fundamental education in the Caribbean.
 
CARIBBEAN EDUCATION FOUNDATION is established on the principles in the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, UN Declaration of Human Rights. CEF believes education is the cornerstone to choice and opportunity for all people.
 
CARIBBEAN EDUCATION FOUNDATION, INC. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in the US dedicated to helping poor children receive quality education in the Caribbean.
