Hey everyone I am just chiming back here to add some additional information to some of the ways Psychic ability may be expressed in the chart through the Planetary positions and the Sign placements so I hope you enjoy and find it insightful^^.

*Neptune in the 3rd house helps to represent someone who has a Sensitive and Intuitive as well as imaginative Mind set. The 3rd house shows us our how we express our ideas and it helps to show us that "where" we channel the planetary energies and with Neptune and knowing it is the sign of psychic sensitivity as well as mediumship and psychometry,creativity and other things such as confusion and dreaminess we can see that those energies will be expressed through the 3rd house principles. So the third house represents our Mental Functions because it is an actual "area" to place our energy so we can say that this persons mental functions are of an inspirational nature and rather receptive and more elusive than most. How these energies are applied depend upon the sign it is in of course as well as the planets connected to it giving it an Emphasis or De-emphasis I believe.

*Moon in the 3rd house is also known to be one that gives psychic ability as the Moon represents the subconscious and the emotions and if they are expressed through our Mental functions then we can say that a person has a rather perceptive mind and may bring their emotions to the forefront of what they communicate and it of course depends on the sign that the Moon is in but I suppose if it is in a Water sign we can expect to see some good psychic ability there.

*Moon in the 9th house to me seems to be a good one for psychic ability as it helps to represent the ability to "feel" and relate to other cultures and people from all over a bit better than most other placements. This person may want the Water to be something expressed in their daily life either by wanting to live near a beach or just the thrill of traveling by a Boat or a Ship or Cruise may excite this person very much.The 9th house represents that part of life that deals with intuition and expansive or bigger ideas and learning and with the Moon representing intuition this person may already be open to the more "superconscious" knowlledge out there in the world.The emotions can become really involved when discussing things and doing things related to this 9th house of expansion and bigger thoughts and ideas and philosophy and higher learning. This house is also a Spiritual house according to some and I actually agree.Higher Ideals in life can be Spirituality and Politics so we can bet this person has some feelings towards both or one if expressed in a connection that allows for it. Further more this house represents travel and travel and intuition show us that Astral ability to travel and this person may have had lucid dreams or have actually astrally traveled or may have an open portal to the Akashic level of knowledge and couldn't tell you how they receive the information they get.
