Shonika Proctor, the author of Teen Entrepreneur Success Secrets; Co-Founder of Adreamz, the first certified Cisco Entrepreneur Institute in North America; Co-Founder and Managing Director of NEXO Startup, which is the 'Entrepreneurship Lab' for undergraduates in the School of Economics and Business at Universidad de Chile.  Originally from Washington, DC, Shonika Proctor splits her time between DC and South America where she is providing entrepreneurship education and training to support Chile and other Latin American nations in their mission to become fully developed. Her company does program design, development and management for both public and private sector organizations looking to launch 'experimental' entrepreneurship campaigns.  Shonika's mission is to reinvent how entrepreneurship 'education' is produced and delivered. 

Shonika is a published, author, award winning blogger and Online Writer for the highly respected – PBS Nightly Business Report (#1 Business TV Show in the U.S., aired in 250+ cities, reaching over half a million viewers daily) and she writes the column The Entrepreneur Hunter for I LOVE CHILE, Chile’s English Language Newspaper (Circulation 35k). She is the co-founder for the first Cisco Entrepreneur Institute in North America – Adreamz Institute.
