Dr. Musonda Lemba

Dr. Lemba is the first qualified Zambian Demographer. Apart from teaching Demography, he has taught Research and Statistical Methods to ALL Humanities and Social Science students at the University of Zambia for 25 years. On average Dr. Lemba handles 400 students per year. Everyone who has graduated with a degree in Humanities or Social Sciences in the last twenty years has been taught by Dr. Musonda Lemba. On the Diaspora Voice, Kambidima Wotela talks to Dr Lemba to share his experiences as a UNZA Don. We find out why he never migrated elsewhere and what keeps him at UNZA. Outside the classroom, Dr. Lemba is an inspiration to many of us. What motivates him to do this?
