"It is a great pleasure for me to extend a warm invitation to you to attend the Inauguration Ceremony of the second democratically elected President of the Republic of South Africa to be held on Wednesday, 16 June 1999 at the Union Buildings, Pretoria." reads in part Nelson Mandela's invitation letter to Kennedy Phiri, a private Zambian citizen. Just who is Kennedy Phiri? How did he find himself in such a position as to earn himself an invitation extended to World Leaders. Kennedy talks to us about his "Untody Radio Story" and is in the process of opening a radio station in Mumbwa (150km west of Lusaka). The station will be known as BlueSky Fm.
