Mr Chilangwa is a distinguised educator and educational boadcaster, having served as a teacher, headmaster, Head of Educational Television Services in the Ministry of Education in Zambia and worked for nearly 14 years as UNESCO Specialist in Audio Visual Media in the UNRWA/UNESCO Dept of Education in the Middle East. He is the author of "Zambia's Youth and HIV/AIDS" published in April 2010 and "Sheli Wamwabi Ailetelela", a thrilling novel first published by William Heinemann Ltd, London, 1961. He has also written "Teachers guidelines on the effective Use of Audio Visual Media in Classroom Teaching and Guidelines on the Effective use of Educational Broadcast in Schools".
