Zambia and It's Diaspora e-Conference

Beston Chitala talks to Zambia's own London-based Economist, Chola Mukanga, about the issues affecting Zambians in the Diaspora. Among other things to be discussed are the need for the Zambian Government to introduce dual-citizenship in the new constitution, how the Government may stimulate Diaspora investment back in Zambia and the kind of measures that Government can put in place to make land acquisition in Zambia easier for the Diaspora, and for the Government to consider placing Diaspora Zambians in strategic positions in Zambia's foreign missions.
