Author Leslie Crawford has seen her fair share of what bullying can do to a person. As a child she was taunted and teased in school because of her height and her lack of development by her peers.
In return, she became a bully because she wanted others to know exactly what it felt like to be an outcast. When Leslie reached a matured age in high school she no longer wanted people to view her as a person who took joy in watching other hurt. She realized that she was only repeating what was done to her.
Now as a parent, Leslie instills within her child that no form of bullying is acceptable and that all children should be treated equally and fairly.
