Since the young age of nine (9), Annetta has followed in the musical footsteps of her parents, Daisy Kirkwood-Jackson and Ben Rosenthal. Her musical journey began at St. Marks Church of God in Christ under the leadership of her late uncle, Superintendent James A. Kirkwood.  In time, her silky smooth vocals caught the attention of various recording artists that came to the Buffalo. Also being featured on stage with Harvey Watkins, and the Canton Spirituals. 
 
Annetta has completed her first CD project entitled “Work in Progress” This project is a labor of love, ministry, and personal reflection with Annetta penning 
the lyrics to every track.
