Call in to speak with the host
If you like to pray, you will enjoy this show. We are talking about one of the Bible’s most powerful characters. Until recently, it had been years since I had read about this woman’s heroic victory over depression and disappointment. I got interested when a new acquaintance asked me to take a Bible quiz. Hannah’s name came up and I felt led to take a fresh look at her life. My goodness, I will never be the same! Talk about a towering warrior for God. I’m telling you, when she got sick and tired of being a bullied, scandalized woman without children; my goodness, the satan was in trouble! When she got mad enough at the devil, to turn her plate down, fast and pour her heart out before the Lord……my, my, my……She got so caught up in the spiritual battle she was facing, that she lost sight of everything around her and focused on nothing but God. For a moment in time, she became the embodiment of Jesus’s words in Matthew 11:12, “The kingdom of heaven suffers violence and the violent take it by force.” Sometimes, you have to become fervent, vile and offensive to the powers of darkness in your prayer style. For many potential blessings and breakthroughs in your life – it must eventually boil down to this ----HOW BAD DO YOU WANT IT?????!!!! There are many forms and kinds of ways to approach God in effective prayer. Hannah is an excellent example of a certain kind of prayer that can be awesomely successful in situations like the one she found herself in. I won’t tell you how it turns out. I want you to listen and read along for yourself. Go to Blogtalk Radio; or, devotedtohim.org right now and get your breakthrough as we discuss this necessary and hot topic.
