Tools to Chart Your Course and Bounce Back From Setbacks

It’s hard to believe that the year is nearly half over, but it is! Many women who want to chart a new course are peeking out from safe places, ready to take some risks now that the financial outlook in the U.S. has improved. Many of us have started  new ventures or are in the process of getting ready to take a leap of faith and start a new chapter in our professional lives. Congratulations to you, if you’re one of those risk-takers.

As anyone who has ever started a venture knows, there is risk in a new endeavor and you occasionally experience setbacks. It’s a part of growth. "It’s not what happens to you, but how you react to it that matters."
